User Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. GGSKIN provides access to an online service for buying, selling, exchanging, and withdrawing virtual items (“skins”) from games such as Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Rust and others, as well as tools for B2B integrations (depositing skins to partner websites, issuing skins for withdrawals, etc.).

1.2. The Service operates as a technology platform providing Users and Partners with access to an online system that enables secure transactions between Users and Partners. The Service is not a party to transactions between Users and does not act as a financial intermediary in the legal sense.

1.3. This Agreement applies to all services available under the domain gg.skin, including mobile versions and API interfaces.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the Service, the User must authenticate via Steam or other supported platforms.

2.2. The User is responsible for the security of their Steam account and agrees not to provide access to third parties.

2.3. GGSKIN is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to the User’s account.

2.4. The Service may suspend or restrict account access at any time if suspicious activity or violations of the Agreement are detected.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes.

3.2. It is prohibited to:

1. use bugs, exploits, automated scripts, bots, or other tools to manipulate the Service;
2. attempt to bypass the security systems of Steam, Valve, or GGSKIN;
3. use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing illegal activities.

3.3. GGSKIN reserves the right to refuse service without explanation if the User’s actions violate applicable law or Service policies.

4. Item and Fund Operations

4.1. All operations (deposits, sales, purchases, withdrawals) are performed voluntarily and are final.

4.2. After completion of a transaction, refunds or cancellations are not possible.

4.3. GGSKIN is not responsible for market price fluctuations of skins, errors from third-party marketplaces, or Steam inventory restrictions.

4.4. The User confirms that they own all rights to the items deposited into the system.

4.5. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to the Steam Trade Secure period, during which items or funds may be temporarily held until the trade is successfully confirmed.

4.6. In case of technical errors, GGSKIN reserves the right to freeze the transaction until all circumstances are clarified.

5. B2B Integrations and Partner Services

5.1. GGSKIN provides API access and partner solutions for businesses, including lootbox projects, gaming platforms, marketplaces, and streaming services.

5.2. The business partner is responsible for proper use of the API and transactions performed through partner integrations.

5.3. GGSKIN reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access in case of violations, abuse, or failure to comply with technical requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. GGSKIN is not responsible for losses resulting from:

1. actions of third parties (including Valve, Steam, Buff, Skinport, and other marketplaces);
2. technical failures, loss of internet access, or third-party API outages;
3. suspension or blocking of the User’s account on third-party platforms.

6.2. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. GGSKIN does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, price accuracy, or availability of all features.

6.3. GGSKIN’s maximum liability to the User is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User for using the Service within the last 30 days.

7. Privacy

7.1. GGSKIN complies with the Privacy Policy available at https://gg.skin/legal/privacy-policy/.

7.2. All personal data is processed in accordance with Estonian law and GDPR requirements.

8. Changes and Amendments

8.1. GGSKIN may modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be published on the website.

8.2. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved — in the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

9.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.

9.4. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the User first uses the GGSKIN website.
