Terms of Service

1. What GGSKIN does

1. GGSKIN is a technology service that provides users with tools to buy, sell, and withdraw in-game items.
2. We provide secure infrastructure for transactions but are not a direct party to user exchanges.
3. GGSKIN also works with businesses (loot box platforms, skin stores), providing them with APIs and tools for deposits and withdrawals of items.

2. How to use the service

1. Authorization is performed via Steam.
2. After logging in, you can top up your balance, sell or buy skins, and withdraw funds or items.
3. All operations are confirmed personally by you — we do not perform actions without your participation.
4. If a trade is not confirmed in Steam, the transaction is considered incomplete and is automatically canceled.

3. What is allowed

1. use the service for its intended purpose — buying, selling, and exchanging skins;
2. connect GGSKIN to your own project via API (subject to agreement);
3. contact support for any questions or errors.

4. What is prohibited

1. using bots, scripts, macros, or other automation tools;
2. creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or bonus programs;
3. attempting to deceive the Steam system, GGSKIN, or other users;
4. using GGSKIN for money laundering, sanctions circumvention, or illegal transactions;
5. interfering with the operation of the website, API, interfaces, or payment processes.

If the rules are violated, access to the account may be restricted and funds or items may be temporarily frozen.

5. Responsibility

1. GGSKIN operates on an “as is” basis — we provide access to the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems (Steam, Buff, Market.CSGO, etc.).
2. We are not responsible for market price fluctuations of skins or inventory restrictions in Steam.
3. The maximum liability of GGSKIN is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user within the last 30 days.

6. Security and trades

1. GGSKIN uses the Steam Trade Secure system — a trade verification period of up to 7 days to protect users.
2. Funds or items placed on hold are automatically credited after the security period ends.
3. We never request your Steam credentials or confirmation codes — if someone asks for them on our behalf, it is a scam.

7. Contact and support

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

8. Miscellaneous

1. All operations on GGSKIN are final and non-refundable (see the Refund Policy for more details).
2. By using the website, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. GGSKIN reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available at https://gg.skin/legal/
