How to buy skins on GG.SKIN?
Go to the “Buy skins” section, choose the items you want and top up your balance using any convenient method.
After payment, two types of delivery are possible:
- Instant delivery — the trade is created almost immediately after purchase, and you have 15 minutes to confirm it in Steam.
- Item hold — you need to wait until the hold period ends. You will receive a notification when the item becomes available for withdrawal. After that you can claim it manually in your personal account.
What should I do if the purchased skin has a trade lock?
If you purchased an item with a temporary trade restriction, simply wait for the notification — we will inform you when it becomes available for withdrawal.
After the restriction expires, you will have 36 hours to create a trade from your personal account by clicking the “Claim skin” button.
After that the trade must be confirmed in Steam within 5 hours.
If the trade is not created or accepted in time, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be returned to your balance with a 3% fee deducted.
